About Me
Hi! I'm Camille. Originally from Kirkland, WA, a suburb of Seattle, now living the beach life in sunny SoCal for the past 20+ years. When I'm not at the gym either training clients, coaching classes or working out, you can find me playing beach volleyball, enjoying k-pop, or going on trips with my husband and 2 daughters.
Once I started CrossFit in 2014 I never looked back. Working out wasn’t just a thing I needed to do to try and stay skinny anymore. It became my most favorite part of my day. I met my best peeps, got strong, grew muscles and started to do things I never knew I could do. Not just in the gym, but outside of the gym too — as a mom, wife, and eventually, coach (CF-L2, CF-L1, NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition L1, M2 Practical Nutrition Coaching). I am now in my 9th year coaching and I’ve realized this is what I was meant to do — help people.
Over time I realized that I was working so hard in the gym, but missing an important piece to the puzzle - my nutrition. I thought that since I was crushing workouts that I could just eat whatever I wanted, as if I “earned” it. Little did I know this was actually undoing all the hard work I put in, and that I was limiting my true potential. So I decided to get a nutrition coach and follow a plan that was individualized and based on my own goals. I learned a lot about food choices, quality, portion size, and something I’d heard a lot of people talk about but was new to me — macros. I tracked my food and learned to pay attention to other health indicators like my mood, stress and energy levels, training recovery and sleep. Performance in the gym improved and I noticed that my body composition started to change. In and out of the gym, it was all coming together. I was becoming my best self, but I knew there was more.
Fast forward to present day and I’ve coached so many others in helping them look and feel their best, while I continue to work on being a little bit better each day. I still track my food most days but I also have days when I don’t.

ABOUT THE LIVE FIT PROJECT
Living a balanced, healthy and happy life is a work in progress. A project, if you will. I started The Live Fit Project to help others in the same boat as me. To learn how to ditch the “diets” and find something that feels effortless and fits into your lifestyle. To feel physically and mentally strong, with the confidence and capability of taking on any challenge in life. To look, feel, perform, and just be your best. That’s what The Live Fit Project is all about.
Aside from nutrition and lifting weights, I’m just out here trying to live my best life. Ask me to play volleyball, go snowboarding, eat Korean BBQ, or play on a co-ed adult rec team (shout out to my old softball teams, Machine and Jerks & Snatches) and I'll most likely give you an enthusiastic "Yes!" If it's a s'mores-related treat, I'll eat it. And it’ll always be “two thumbs up” at the movies, especially if popcorn is involved.
